Owners and guests can select from One, Two or Three Bedroom Villas. From the moment you set foot in your vacation get-away, you’ll enjoy the casual vibe, impeccable housekeeping and breathtaking views. Only steps away, fine food and beverages await you at the 7 restaurants around the marina.

Harbourside III offers 39 different one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom villas. Every villa features a spacious kitchen, living and dining area and a private balcony.

For the one-bedroom villas, two are situated on the second level directly overlooking the harbor. The third is a fourth-floor end unit, tucked away from the bustling marina and overlooking the market and the garden near our private pool.

For the two-bedroom villas, twelve are situated directly overlooking the harbor. Nine are overlooking the Entertainment Pavillion with the Marina beyond it and ten are overlooking the Market.

For the three-bedroom villas, two are directly overlooking the harbor. Three view the Entertainment Pavillion with sights from the Marina just beyond.
